Fundraising Overview
How it works
STEP 1
Fill out the Fundraiser Signup form.
STEP 2
Sell and raise money for your group! Do this by using your social media with the media assests we supply
Have your supporters personally reach out to family, friends, co-workers, and neighbours.
STEP 3
Have your supporters give you their orders upon the closing of your fundraiser. Tally up the amount of each product and fill out the master order sheet, then submit it to fundraising@philsfudge.com. Once received, we will send out an invoice for payment.
once payment has been recieved we will start your order. Within 3 weeks we’ll ship your order to the shipping address provided in Step 1. Transit time varies based on your location, typically between 2-10 days.
STEP 4
Your order will arrive with best practice instructions learned from years of offering fundraisers, and you'll find it has been packaged to make it simple to organize and distribute to your customers.

The recommended selling period is two or three weeks. Your products are made fresh and ready to ship in three weeks. Our products require no refrigeration, making them the perfect solution for your fundraising needs. We have so many repeat customers because we are committed to supporting you throughout the process.
