We at Carnival Cravings Ltd want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning or exchanging both finished products and DIY supplies.
Returns and Exchanges
Perishable Goods (Final Sale):
Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, all sales of confectionery items, "cowboy candy," and prepared savory snacks are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have left our facility, as we can no longer guarantee their storage integrity or safety.
Savory Dip Mixes & Dry Goods:
Unopened, shelf-stable spice blends and dip mixes may be eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided:

The original heat seal or safety seal is completely intact.

The packaging is clean and in original condition.

You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We take great care in packaging your treats, but if there is an issue, we want to make it right. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Damaged Items: If your product arrived damaged (e.g., broken jars or crushed boxes), please email us at onlineorders@philsfudge.com within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong flavor or product, notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out or issued as a credit.
Quality Concerns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel the quality of your product is not up to our usual high standards (e.g., unexpected texture or flavor issues), please get in touch with us within 5 days of purchase. Please include the batch code or best-before date found on the packaging so we can investigate the matter.
Exceptions
Clearance and Sale Items: All clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders: Personalized gift baskets, large-scale catering orders, or custom flavor runs are non-refundable once production has begun.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We may request pictures of the damage for our records.
Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For eligible dry-good returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Unclaimed Pickups: Orders not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, as the products are prepared fresh for your specific slot.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team by phone or by email to initiate a return.

Please fill out the Return Request form.

Once the Return Request Form has been received, we will either approve or deny the return.

If approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning your items.

Pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible.

Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.

Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.
Store credit can be taken instead of a return at a rate of 110% credit
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged.
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
