Order Processing
We try to process orders within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. However, due to high orders or custom items this processing time can take up to 10 business days. Please keep that in mind when placing an order.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $18.95 for orders under $100, and free shipping for orders over $100.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within Canada through multiple couriers.
Free standard shipping is available for orders exceeding $100
International Shipping
Unfortunatly we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. However, average shipping times across Canada are 1-10 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. We cannot control the shipping times once it leaves our facility.

Additional Notes
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate shipping method for your order, especially for international shipments. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are tendered to the carrier. However, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
